A peer review paper is submitted to go through the substantial double-blind peer review process. This is an academic process where the paper (blinded so that the authors cannot be identified) is reviewed by 2-3 selected reviewers, who provide a substantial feedback and a rating. Based on the rating and feedback from the reviewers (blinded so the authors cannot see who the reviewers are), the authors are asked to amend the paper. After this, the paper will be reviewed by the same reviewers a second time for a final decision on acceptance or rejection. If the peer reviewed paper is rejected, it is possible to revert it to a regular paper.
A regular/non-peer review abstract is reviewed by the Working Week technical programme board and, if accepted, is included in the technical programme. It is recommended and encouraged to submit a full paper which will be included in the proceedings. The full paper will be accepted as submitted.
